Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you wish to return an item, a refund of the garment price will be issued once the item has bee recieved back in original condition with tags in tact.

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we will refund the garment price back to your account once the item has been recieved back. To purchase a new size or colour, a new order will have to be made.

To be eligible for refunds or exchanges, the item must be returned back to Zukoh within 14 days of receiving in original condition.

Have you recieved my return?

Depending on your location, it can take up to 5 business days for us to receieve your return. Once we receive your returned item we will notify you via e-mail and process the refund with 12 hours.

How do I return an item?

Who pays for the postage of returns and exchanges?

Returns are at the cost of the buyer. The buyer will remain responsible for the item until recieved by Zukoh.

 

Will my refund include postage costs?

Refunds are for the garment price only
